Shipping policy

All purchases are available for local pickup FREE of charge. This can be chosen at checkout. If local pickup is chosen, you will be sent information on pickup location and times.  If you choose to ship an item at checkout, you will be charged based on weight, shipping service and packaging products used. Please note a handling fee will be added to every order shipped. All items placed in the same order are shipped together. Unfortunately we are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders. Once your item has been shipped and leaves our possession, Cutie Patooties Boutique is no longer responsible for the package. If there is a concern with tracking please contact USPS or FEDEX based on the tracking info provided to you. At this time we are only shipping within the US. 

Ready to ship orders usually leave our facility within 3-5 business days. Please do not include weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays when calculating shipping times. **CUSTOM orders: shipping times for these may very depending on the supplier and item. You will be notified when your order ships or is ready for pickup.
